Makara Dadayama : A tale of a detective

‘Makara Dadayama’, a teleseries with ten different episodes, woven round a brave police officer is telecast every Sunday from 9.00 pm to 10.00 pm on Sirasa .

Nisal is an outstanding detective who fights crime and corruption. As he fights against the crime wave that increases day by day he comes across many different experiences.

Nisal who faces different incidents in his attempt to eliminate various criminal activities that come his way. Investigating deep into all these incidents Nisal is able to arrest a large number of criminals.

The leading cast in the ten different stories include Rangna Premaratne, Gamini Hettiarachchi, Gihan Fernando, Cletus Mendis, Buddadasa Vithanarachchi, Manjula Moragaha, Buddi Wickrema, Edward Gunawardena, Nuwangi Liyanage and Ruhani Weerasinghe. A large number of amateur actors and actresses display their skills in Makara Dadayama.

Edited by Kumara Galmuruwa, make up by Priyantha Sirikumara, camera handled by Ayeshman Hettiarachchi the teleplay is directed by Suranjan Vijayanama.
