‘Dhawala Yamaya’ on Sirasa

'Dhawala Yamaya' is about ten tales around mysterious events and is telecast every Friday from 10.30 pm to 11.30 pm on Sirasa channel.

Huniyama depicts Muthu's spirit that haunts to avenge those who responsible for the destruction of his family.

'Muhunu Dekak' is the story of a wife who thinks that her husband is an evil spirit and goes in search of his past. It stars Sujani Menaka, Chinthaka Kulatunge and Nilanthi Munasinghe.

Seyawa is about a criminal who comes after a girl who is responsible for sending him to the gallows. Gihan Fernando, Manjula Thilina and Gemini Jayalath are in the cast. 'Eya Evith' is a return of a girl who commits suicide when her lover breaks away from her. She tries to interfere with his family.

Janak Premalal, Suneetha Wimalaweera Ginger White, Ajith Lokuge and Vini Weththasinghe are in the cast.

'Rathri Weda Muraya' revolves around a factory worker who was murdered mysteriously. He returns to avenge his murderers. Nihal Fernando, Janaka Kumbukge, Rishard Weerakkody, Nimanthi Porage, Sudath Wijeysekera, Berty Susiripala and Anton Coorey star in the miniplay.

"Ess" depicts a story of a spirit who when he was a human was brutally killed by three men to get his eyes for a transplant. Priyankara Ratnayake, Wasantha Kumarasiri, Gunawardena Hettiarachchi, Berty Susiripala and Indika Subasinghe star in the play. (SRF)
