CSE’s new trading members

The Board of Directors of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) after evaluation of the applications for trading members decided to allow Amana Securities Ltd, Capital Alliance Holdings Ltd, First Capital Ltd, Seylan Merchant Bank Ltd and Taprobane Fund Managment Ltd, the CSE said.

Provisional Membership in terms of Article 6 (ii) of the Articles of Association of the CSE will be granted to these applicants upon the applicants providing to the satisfaction of the exchange board “proof of their meeting the requirements stipulated by the CSE which will be communicated to the above applicants.”
