Met Dept. warns of floods, landslides
The Meteorological Department warned yesterday that heavy rains being experienced in the country might trigger floods and landslides in several districts.

It said there would be rain or thunder showers over most parts of the island today, especially in the Ratnapura, Kegalle, Kalutara, Colombo, Gampaha, Galle, Kurunegala and Nuwara Eliya districts.
