The National Police Commission has completed its report on the failure of Police officers to prevent the Easter Sunday bombing that claimed the lives of at least 268 persons.
A senior Commission official said the report includes its recommendations on actions against some of the police officers.
Legal action and disciplinary action are among the recommendations of the Commission.
The report will be handed over to the Inspector General of Police for implementation soon after the Presidential Commission investigating the Easter Sunday bombings is released .
