The Police has announced a special traffic plan from 2.00 pm today (21) untill the conclusion of the Opposition rally at the Ananda Samarakoon Open Air Theatre, Nugegoda.
As part of the special traffic plan, vehicular movement will be restricted from High Level Junction near the Nugegoda Flyover to Nawala Roundabout on Nawala Road (the road in front of the Ananda Samarakoon Open Air Theatre) during this period.
Accordingly, vehicles coming from Colombo and Kohuwala through Nugegoda town towards Nawala and Pitakotte can turn left at the Gam Sabha Junction on the High Level Road and proceed via Kattiya Junction towards Mirihana and Nawala.
Vehicles travelling from Pitakotte and Nawala through Nugegoda Town towards the High Level Road can proceed from the Nawala Roundabout via Kattiya Junction, Gam Sabha Junction and Delkanda Junction to enter the High Level Road.
Vehicles traveling from Maharagama to Nugegoda Town along High Level Road can turn right at Gam Sabha Junction and proceed along Kattiya Junction.
