HR practitioner Paduma Subasinghe has joined the DFCC Bank’s senior management team as Senior Vice President/Chief Human Resource Officer.
He brings over 22 years of experience in human resource management and exceptional individual talents in managing people. In his new role at DFCC Bank, Mr. Subasinghe will leverage his extensive experience to further develop and implement people-centric HR policies, introduce innovative and flexible HR practices, and foster a performance-based organisational culture, the bank said in a media release.
Prior to joining DFCC Bank, he served as People’s Director at Heineken Lanka, a member of the global brewery giant Heineken Group. During his tenure at Heineken Lanka, he was handpicked for the group’s global Management Team Fast Track programme in recognition of his exceptional talent.
