NDB Bank partnered with the Association of Professional Bankers (APB) Sri Lanka for its 35th Anniversary Convention, held recently at the Cinnamon Life – Waterfront in Colombo.
Organised under the theme “Revitalizing Sri Lanka’s Economy and the Role of Banking in Sustainable Recovery & Growth,” this milestone event brought together over 300 leading banking professionals, including CEOs and senior management, to chart a collaborative path for Sri Lanka’s economic revival, the bank said in a media release.
This partnership with APB resonates strongly with NDB’s mission to drive sustainable growth and empower individuals and businesses. In addition to supporting the event as a strategic partner, NDB Bank’s Director/CEO participated in a panel discussion featuring prominent thought leaders from the financial industry. The panel explored practical strategies and policy frameworks for guiding Sri Lanka’s economy toward long-term resilience. Discussions ranged from innovative digital banking solutions to risk management approaches that balance growth with sustainability.
