MD Liveris Amaratunga & Sons, a renowned Ayurvedic company in the island, which manufactures quality Ayurvedic medicines under the Krimiraja brand, including Krimiraja Karalguli, is celebrating its 75th year in Ayurveda this year.
It is a well-known fact that the name Krimiraja stands out among the handful of companies on the island that manufacture Ayurveda products using only natural ingredients without artificial flavors.
Professor Simanarathna Amarathunga Chairman of M. D. Liveris Amaratunga and Sons, and former Principal of the Wickramarachchi Ayurveda College affiliated to the University of Kelaniya, says that he is extremely happy that the title of Krimiiraja, which he inherited from his father, has been maintained for a long time, 75 years, despite various difficulties in the past

Professor Sumanaratne Amaratunga is of the opinion that the name Krimiiraja has become popular today, both within our country and among foreign workers scattered around the world, as is evident from their responses.
Professor Sumanaratne Amaratunga, who states that the high cost of raw materials in the Ayurvedic industry, has also had a serious impact on the brand name Krimiraja, and he believes that the current government will intervene and provide a solution to this.
