The all-girl group Fifth Harmony has made a surprise reunion by taking to the stage at the Jonas Brothers concert. Reports from the US indicate that the audience was ecstatic when Ally Brooke, Normani, Lauren Jauregui and Dinah Jane were special guests at the concert held at the Dos Equis Pavilion in Dallas, Texas, on 31st August. It was their first show since taking an indefinite break in 2018 as the members pursued solo work. Shortly after the show, their official social media posted, “Where were you on August 31, 2025? There is speculation that Fifth Harmony may reunite in 2026 to mark the 10th anniversary of the release of their album ‘7/27’. Meanwhile, Camilla Cabello, who quit the group, shared her joy for the reunion on social media.
Queen Logo Moves into Wine Trade
The band Queen logo is likely to be part of the wine trade, as reports from the UK indicate the band’s logo was filed for protection among several items, including wine. In 2014, the band permitted the use of the song title Killer Queen for vodka.
Doja Cat Withdraws from Austin City Limits
Doja Cat has pulled out of the Austin City Limits festival in October. The rap and soul artist took to social media to say she was finalising her new album ‘Vie’, and making new videos, therefore was unable to do her performance. The 29 year old was to be on stage alongside Hozier, Sabrina Carpenter and the Stokes. The organisers replaced her with the Killers. Doja Cat says her new album will be pop driven. ‘Vie’ is to be released on 26th September.
Olivia Dean’s Chart Success
Olivia Dean is a rising star and is drawing much attention. This week, she has three songs on the UK Singles Top 10 chart and is the first female UK artist after Adele to achieve that number since 2021. Her song ‘Man I Need’ moved up six places to No. 2 this week. ‘Nice To Each Other’ advanced to two places to No.7 while her collaborative hit ‘Rein Me In’ with Sam Fender advanced a single notch to No.10. The latter is taken from Sam Fender’s album ‘People Watching’. Both Fender and Dean co-penned the song. The folk track ‘Rein Me In’ has made its third visit to the UK Top 10 this week.
