The London Buddhist Vihara, established in 1926 by Anagarika Dharmapala held its New Year Day religious observances on Wednesday (January 1st). Acting Sri Lanka High Commissioner in the UK, Manouri Mallikaratchy and the Mission staff attended the ceremonies along with a large group of devotees.
