Timeless hits with Rukshan and his brother Melantha
View(s):It will be an evening of timeless hits from the 60s, 70s, and 80s in English and Sinhala with “Rukshan and Melantha in Concert” on February 3 at 7 p.m., at the Bishop’s College Auditorium. Rukshan and Melantha, are coming together to support the Little Hearts initiative at the Lady Ridgeway Hospital.
The Perera brothers are well known singers, composers, multi-instrumentalists and recording artists. As the keyboardist of the legendary Super Golden Chimes in the 70s, Rukshan’s career has spanned Asia, Europe, and the USA. Melantha, the keyboardist of Mirage for two decades, is currently shaping young talents at the Riversheen School of Music. This concert marks the debut of these two musical powerhouses coming together.
