PARIS, Sept 9, 2023 (AFP) – Australia beat Georgia 35-15 on Saturday in their opening match of the Rugby World Cup and recorded their first win in six games under coach Eddie Jones.

Ben Donaldson scored 25 of the Wallabies’ points and Jordan Petaia and Mark Nawaqanitawase added a try each in the Pool C bonus point win at the Stade de France.
