Janaza was held on 23 May, 2023 from 27/4, 14th Lane, Jinananada Mawatha, Kotahena, Co-lombo 13 to Kuppiyawatte burial grounds.

Husband of Bernadette and of Shirani (deceased), father of Dilshara and Michael and brother of Hilary, Ranmalie and Ranil (deceased). Passed away suddenly but peacefully at home on Saturday May 20th 2023. Cremation took place according to his wishes on Monday 22nd May.
