Fans of Indian cuisine will be eager to check out ‘adityaa’, the newest restaurant to be opened by Mövenpick Colombo, which presents an extensive selection of both North and South Indian cuisine.

Heading the restaurant is Chef Mangal Singh, whose extensive culinary background includes stints in five-star resorts in Sri Lanka and restaurants in Mumbai and Delhi with mentoring under Chef Bruno and Chef Anack in Thailand.

Opening its doors last Wednesday, ‘adityaa’ adds to the hotel’s impressive dining options, which already includes authentic Japanese and Thai fare at Robata and international fare at its Ayu Restaurant.

The restaurant will specialise in delectable North Indian fare curated by Chef Singh which includes an aromatic assortment of mouthwatering biryanis, chicken tikka, and mutton roghan josh, alongside a range of South Indian thalis.
