Taking back the Sri Lankan TV viewers to their nostalgic memories, Sri Lanka National Rupavahini (SLRC) is re-telecasting yesteryear popular hilarious drama ‘Sabhada Publis’ and children’s drama ‘Sisir Sirimal’ during the week ends.

“Siri Sirimal”, a teledrama made based on Mark Twain’s “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer”  will be telecast every Saturday and Sunday at 8.30 pm while ‘Sabhada Publis’ directed by Chandraratne Mapitigama for the script, screenplay and dialogue the late actor Joe Abeywickrema will be shown at 9.15  pm during the weekend.

Directed by Sunil Costa ‘Siri Sirimal’ is played by Isham Shamshudeen, Tony Ranasinghe, Lucian Bulathsinghala, Daya Alwis, G. R. Perera, Moureen Charuni, Clitus Mendis, Chandra Kaluarachchi, Geetha Kanthi Jayakody, Asela Jayakody and Edward Gunasekara.

Joa Abeywickrema plays the lead in ‘Sabhada Publish’ while Anton Jude, Wijeratne Warakagoda and Vinoja Nilanthi are in the stellar cast.
