The British Retail Consortium Global Standards (BRCGS), a leading brand and consumer protection organisation holds “Food Safety America 2020” on May 12 – 14, 2020 at La Cantera Resort and Spa at San Antonio, Texas.

The event will bring together certificated sites, brand owners, certification bodies, approved training partners, consultants and BRCGS professionals among others.

A media release said that BRCGS gives much importance to consistency and quality; it’s the heart of BRCGS. To help maintain consistency and quality BRCGS continues to support the professional development of the food industry personnel with training, education and technical guidance and the conference extends this opportunity. There will be well-known speakers from the industry speaking at the conference about future opportunities and challenges in the food industry. The BRCGS Academy will be running a number of comprehensive and interactive training courses alongside the conference to enhance delegates’ learning opportunities.
