YKG completes 7th CEO Connect Programme
View(s):CEO Communication specialist YKG has announced the completion of its seventh 12-week communication coaching and training programme for managers under its “CEO Connect” (CC) training brand.
CC has enriched the leadership talent of YKG’s banking, automotive, engineering, IT, and manufacturing sector clients by fine-tuning their speaking, writing, and English language skills – as well as by broadening their horizons through YKG’s proprietary “8 Habits”, the organisation said in a media release.
CEO Connect (CC) is a 12 to 14-week long coaching and training programme where corporate managers hone their communication skills to take up more senior leadership positions in their organisations. CC is an “in-house programme” and delivers the best results when it is restricted to five or fewer delegates. During the course, delegates are exposed to actual, real-life business simulations that help them put their learning into practice immediately.
