Prof. Ediriweera Sarachchandra’s epoch making play ‘Sinhabahu’ will be staged at 3.30 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. on December 14, at the Lionel Wendt theatre, Colombo.

Dr. Kanchanamala Ranasinghe, plays the role of Suppadevi which was originally played by her mother veteran actress Malini Ranasinghe went to the Guinness World record with her performance. Malini Ranasinghe played the same role for 31 years continuously, the only actress to reach such a feat.

“Sinhabahu” is a prescribed text for the  G.C.E. O/L Sinhala Syllabus and all seats are box planned and ticket are now available at Lionel Wendt Theater.
