The Bachelor of Fashion Design introduces aspiring fashion designers to the intricacies of the fast paced and evolving fashion industry. Students will learn how to utilize textile technology, familiarise themselves with a fashion designer’s studio and develop their fashion senses with design theories. The in-class learning is paired with industry driven projects, ensuring that the graduates are easily employable by the industry upon graduation.
Our Bachelor of Interior Design emphasises real world creative areas through simulated projects and assignments. Lessons will be based in drawing and design theories which will enable students to create digital artwork of blueprints, floor plans, and other necessary computer-generated imagery. This will evolve further through advanced projects that are within the outlines of the highest industry requirements.
Our Bachelor of Graphic Design programme will teach students what to expect when working in a studio, developing and selling their ideas, meeting with clients and dealing with deadlines. Students will graduate with a strong portfolio of different art forms and will be able to create artwork for printed media like magazines, outdoor media like installation art or even advertisements for digital platforms.
The Bachelor of Multimedia Design programme covers both theoretical and practical aspects of an exciting career. Students will follow a comprehensive digital media syllabus in graphic design, art history, animation, programming, sound and video production. Students will learn to appreciate the core values for their future careers in design. Our bachelor programme in Multimedia Design demystifies the design process so that every student can work creatively regardless of his/her previous experience.
Apart from being a Design Institute, Raffles also offers a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons), a full-time three-year degree programme that focuses on producing business professionals with comprehensive business skills. Our students will be coached to develop creative and critical problem-solving skills necessary to be effective business leaders, who are fully aware of their social and ethical implications.
