Two winners from the Astronomy quizzes published in Funday Times in February and March 2019, had the chance to enrol in an Astro Space Workshop for kids, which was held on August 11, 2019.
The kids had a wonderful experience exploring Astronomy and Space Technology. They learned theories and phenomena through
interactive activities such as making rockets, modelling nebulae and galaxies and creating constellations. They also observed the Moon, Jupiter, Saturn and Star clusters through powerful telescopes and they mapped these celestial objects according to international standards.
This was their very first experience of star gazing!
