‘Fifty Shades Darker’ the second chapter based on the worldwide bestselling “Fifty Shades” phenomenon, directed by James Foley is now being screened at theatres in Colombo and the outstations.
Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson return as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele and others in the cast include Hugh Dancy Eric Johnson, Jennifer Ehle Rita Ora, Victor Rasuk, Eloise Mumford, Max Martini, Bella Heathcote and Luke Grimes.
Based on the novel by E L James, the film is produced by Michael De Luca, Dana Brunetti and Marcus Viscidi, alongside E L James, the creator of the culture-spanning blockbuster series.

When a wounded Christian Grey tries to entice a cautious Ana Steele back into his life, she demands a new arrangement before she will give him another chance. As the two begin to build trust and find stability, shadowy figures from Christian’s past start to circle the couple, determined to destroy their hopes for a future together.

The first installment of ‘Fifty Shades’ blockbuster film 2015 grossed more than US$560 million globally.
