Berendina Microfinance Institute (Gte) Ltd (BMI) received the Silver award for non-profits for the best Annual Report for 2015 at the annual awarding ceremony of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA Sri Lanka) held at Water’s Edge earlier this month.

The Gold in this category went to the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce. “Beyond good reporting BMI charges the lowest interest rate amongst all the private sector providers of micro finance in the island.
