Nine students from the advanced classes including two adults will be part of Kaleidoscope, an exhibition of the Hardy Centre of Art to be held on September 17 and 18 at the Lionel Wendt Art Gallery, Colombo 7, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Rhuani Rambukwelle, Principal and teacher of the Hardy Centre of Art named this exhibition Kaleidoscope because of the shapes, sizes and multiple reflections of colour featured in each piece of work done by the students.  The students have used a myriad of colours, in various textures, patterns and designs.

Some of the artists have been with Rhuani from the age of  five and the ages of the artists exhibiting  range from nine years to 55.  The artists exhibiting are Anasha Thirathdas, Anya  and Kiara Abhayaratne, Nirmala  De Silva, Hriday Mohnani, Matthew Vitharna, Ranudi Thotawatte, Sarinda Abeynaike, Savithri Jayanetti, Shanuk Goonetilleke and Tiyara Senanayake.
