We wish to sincerely congratulate the Business Times and its reporter Duruthu Edirimuni Chandrasekera for reporting the frauds and other criminal activities committed by the Directors of Entrust Securities PLC and Multi Finance PLC in the recent past. In regard to Entrust Securities the fraud seems to go beyond Rs. 9 billion, which makes it the biggest criminal activity that has caused losses to the citizens of this country, seemingly by a bunch of well qualified robbers. We do not have the details about Multi Finance given by you to the media.

Please be kind enough to expose these crooks to the fullest with full details giving their names and designations in companies together with pending cases in courts and action taken by the police.  We represent a “Citizens watch” following up on such frauds. It doesn’t make sense as to why the Central Bank is always shamelessly closing the stable doors after the horses have bolted. They must receive the utmost displeasure and blame for their inactions from the public.
