In keeping with the spirit of Christmas, the Kingsbury Hotel has rolled out the red carpet with a seasonal spread of decadence and indulgence in all of their restaurants. From Christmas goodies at the Gingerbread House to the Festive High Teas, that have made it very, very special.

To celebrate this special occasion, Kingsbury Christmas Lunch and Dinner buffets on December 24 and 25th at the Harbour Court is an attraction. Designed to evoke warm family sentiments, the hotel offers a masterpiece menu created by Executive Chef Kithsiri De Silva that is now known as the ‘longest buffet’ in town.

The main course comprises 24 different food items including Chef’s Festive Rice, Pembroke shire Turkey Stroganoff, Braised Short Ribs with Currant Jelly Madeira and Caramelised Shallot Polenta, homemade Spinach and Artichoke Ravioli and Seafood with Cibi Vodka Cream Sauce, Pan fried Salmon Marinated in Basil , Garlic and Bed of Chunky Roast Ratatouille, Roasted Honey and beacon Brussels Sprout and Wok fried Hot Chilli Garlic Fish Raw.

For all pasta lovers, pasta action stationswill be there with so many kinds of pasta; Maccheroni, Fusilli, Farfalle, Spaghetti, Linguine, and Penne with sauces like Cheese Sauce, Beef Bolognese , Chicken Bolognese, Napolitana Sauce , Seafood Marinara, and Alfredo Sauce.

The ‘Under the Lamp’, special Christmas selection will be ther during the Christmas weekend. Roasted Rosemary Rub turkey with steamed baked turkey stuffed fresh chestnut, Roasted Leg of Australian lamb, Honey Glazed gammon ham with vanilla pineapple sauce and Roasted beef leg with pepper sauce are some of the favourits.

Indian cuisine, offers array of continental breads and vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Murgh Kalimiri, Reshmi Kebab and Kasturi Kebab, Tandoori Prawns, Mahi Tikka, Lamb Chop Sikandari, Rangeela Mutton Seekh, Tandoori Khumb Sabzi and Pomfret, Murgh Tikka,Tandoori Burrawan tangdi and an assortment of naans, purees and paratas are some of the popular dishes.
