President’s cup for CAC
View(s):College Aquatic Club won the President’s Trophy which was concluded on Sunday at the Thurstan College Swimming Complex . Over 400 swimmers from 25 mercantile organizations participated and MAS Holdings with 999 points emerged as the winners whHolding (618 points) and SriLankan Airlines (366 points) became the 1st and 2nd runners up respectively MAS Holdings team captain Shanika Wimalanatha and the Vice Captain Dulika Nanyakkara received the President’s Trophy from the Chief Guest B.Premalal, Chairman of the Prime Land Group of Companies. Mahesh Amaleen, (Chairman of MAS Holdings) Graetian Gunawardhana, (Convener & Adviser of Mercantile Swimming Championship Organizing Committee) Maj.General (retired Dr. Dudley Perera (Chairman of Mercantile Swimming Championship Organizing Committee) and Col. Daya Bandara ,(Principal of Thurstan College) were also present at the ocassion
