New-look Range Rover line

British High Commissioner John Rankin and Sri Lanka cricketer Kumar Sangakkara were were among the high profile guests at the launch of the all new Range Rover by SML Frontier Automotive (Pvt) Ltd at Tintagel last week .

Managing Director, SML Frontier Automotive Sheran Fernando said the fourth generation of the unique Range Rover line, the all-new model has been developed from the ground up. “It captures the innovative spirit and iconic design of the original model, which changed the world of motoring when it was launched over 40 years ago. “The best just got better,” said Fernando.

Especially for ‘foodies’

A magazine dedicated to fine food and beverages- ‘Gourmet Circle’ was launched earlier this month at the Barefoot Garden Café with guests enjoying a relaxed evening with food and canapés befitting the product.

“Food has been a passion all my life, an indulgent father and a mother who is probably the best cook I know, nurtured that zeal for food in me. With Gourmet Circle we aspire to go beyond wining and dining. We are on a mission to celebrate the broader view of food lifestyles laced with an intelligent and informative tone,” said editor of the magazine Narmada Muller speaking at the launch.
