Percy Jackson continues the adventure
View(s):Continuing the Percy Jackson series and adding a sequel to the 2010 movie ‘Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief’, ‘Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters’ is now being screened at Savoy 3D Cinema Wellawatte. Starring Logan Lerman, Brandon T. Jackson, Alexandra Daddario, Leven Rambin and Jake Abel, the film portrays Percy Jackson, the son of Poseidon who continues his epic Journey to fulfill his destiny.
He teams up with his demigod friends to retrieve the golden fleece, which has the power to save their home and training ground cam Half – Blood. The adventures is continued as they search for the Golden Fleece at the titular Sea of Monsters to save an ailing magical tree that protects their home from foes.
Based on the Sea Of Monsters by Rick Riordan, the film is directed by Thor Freudenthal and produced by Michael Barnathan and Karen Rosenfelt.
