Evergreen Dalreen Suby was recently in action at the Concert organized by the Sri Lankan Society in Doha, Qatar. This was the singers third consecutive visit to Doha during the last three years. She was seen in action at the Pub/Lounge of the Radisson Blu, the Orion on the 9th floor. Doing Retro Music unplugged together with Raffi on Grand piano and  vocals and Bonny on guitar/vocals to an audience of ex-pats British, American and Middle Easterners, the music they gave was the talk of the town with a crowd of 350 to the weekends close on 500 per night.

‘It was a very mixed crowd and very appreciative. I really happy to perform for a such an audience’ she said After returning to the country, Dal was busy getting ready for her Australian tour. She heads off to Australia for three performances in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney for the Spitfire  re-=Union concerts. Performing will be the original line up that performed at Ceylinco Hotel Sun Down Dances in the 70’s with Dalreen, Desmond, Maxi, Sohan, Budrin, the lead vocalists and the group with Ronny, Felix, Manriks, Hassan and Mohan.
