Dr. Pathiraja back
View(s):One of the pioneers who brought about revolution to Sri Lanka’s cinema, Dr. Dharmasena Pathiraja is now shooting his latest film in location around Kalutara.
The shooting is underway at famous Richmond Castle in Kalutara and the rest of the filming is to be continued in and around Nuwaraeliya and World’s End.
The film which had not being titled yet is played by a renowned cast including internationally acclaimed Nita Fernando (in the lead), W. Jayasiri, Laksman Mendis, Daya Tennakone, Wimal Kumara de Costa, Vishwajith Gunasekara, Rani de Silva and Thusitha Lakhan.
Donald Karunaratne handles camera, Ranjith Mathangaweera-make up, Elmo Halide- editing, Nadeeka Guruge- music and the screenplay is by award winning writer Eric Illayapparachchi.
