Harsha stars in Rahula’s 153 run win

Harsha Rajapaksa scored 108 runs in 92 balls with fifteen boundaries and four hits over the ropes to help Rahula College Matara thrash former big match rivals St. Aloysius College Galle by 153 runs in their Under-17 division one cricket encounter. The mach was played at the Mahinda College grounds in Galle.
Rahula put in to bat scored 262 runs for the loss of nine wickets in their 50 overs. Sahan Madukalpa scored 43 runs from 45 balls with three boundaries and a six and together with Harsha he put on 103 runs for the 4th wicket. U Indrajith and B A Gimhana took two wickets each for St Aloysius.
P. Bandaranayaka took 4 wickets for 15 runs and Sahan Madukalpa took 2 wickets for 25 runs to restrict the Aloysius innings to 109 runs in 27 overs. Opening bat B.A. Gimhana scored 28 runs off 30 balls with six boundaries.
