Launch of Northumbria University Bachelors and Masters Law programmes in Sri Lanka

Northumbria University launched a Law Degree programme in Sri Lanka with the partnership of BMS. BMS is the Northumbria University Regional Centre for Sri Lanka and Maldives, which organized an event at Trenchard House to mark the launch of LLB (Hons) and LLM programmes. It makes the legal studies affordable and accessible to Sri Lankan students. It was well attended with Senior Lawyers and Judges.


For National Anthem: Mr. Kalinga Indatissa Attorney at Law, His Lordship Asoka De Silva-Chief Justice (Chief Guest), Mr. Mark Gooding-Deputy British High Commissioner, Ms. Jo Purves-Director International Development, Northumbria University, Ms. Janet Ford, Head UK Trade & Investment, British High Commission.
