They desperately want to feed and cuddle them as any mother would want to. But where have their offspring gone, wonder Shanthi and Punchi who anxiously await their little-ones’ return.

The beach carnival at Hikkaduwa ends todaywith this picturesque coastal town attracting tens of thousands of fun-loving people for this annual event, that lasted four days.
