Three STF members injured in grenade attack in Batticaloa

Three STF personnel were injured in a handgrenade attack close to the Kalady bridge in Batticaloa around 8.00 p.m. today, Police said.

Two persons who had come on a motorcycle had flung the grenade and escaped.
