Crude prices sink to 19-mth low

Global crude prices on Wednesday crashed to a 19-month low, with Brent being quoted at $59.28 per barrel, down from $60.13 on Tuesday and compared with $59.19 in March 2007, Central Bank figures show.

The OPEC Basket was trading at $55.90 against $56.80 on Tuesday. In the Singapore Refined Products market, petrol was offered at $61.70, diesel at $72.05 and kerosene at $77.25.
