This could be a very real situation taking place either at the Gaza strip, or on the Kashmir border or even in our very own island. Two countries at war, one enforced border – and the repercussions of war and then ultimate peace, faced by the people who live on either side.

 
Remembering the child

According to a German proverb, "He who teaches children learns more than they do." And last week I met up with one dynamic young teacher who I know would surely second that! Being filled in on the process, details and the many fascinating challenges faced by her students and herself while preparing for a unique event, I got a glimpse into this interesting initiative taken by children, for children.

 
Exploring their sound
Would I be able to interest you in taking a little journey with me? No? What if I were to tell you that we'd be travelling through a magical kingdom filled with music, laughter and good cheer… far, far away from the troubles and worries of the real world? Still not convinced? Well I can't really blame you. I wouldn't be convinced either. But, here's a thought. Since the whole touring 'Neverland' idea doesn't quite seem to do the trick, how about being a part of an 'exploration of sound' that promises to offer the very same package… except that it'll be taking place right here in the real world!
