Pakistan Govt. appoints MTI for National Export Project

MTI Consulting, in a landmark achievement, has won the bid for one of the major initiatives of the Pakistani government under the auspices of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, in an endeavour to reform the national export strategy, structure and processes

The 24 month organizational development project agreement between the government and MTI Consulting was signed at the Governor’s House in Karachi in the presence of President Pervez Musharraf and other dignitaries, MTI said in a statement.

Minister of State and Chief Executive of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) Tariq Iqram (former Chief Executive of Reckitts)outlined the strategic, structural and legislative reforms being made by the government in their endeavour to make further quantum leaps in Pakistan’s export performance

“We are delighted by our win at this highly competitive pitch – competing alongside the big international names,” said MTI’s Country Manager for Pakistan Dhanushka Jayakody who took the lead for the entire pitch process.
