Kandy Road closed briefly for heavy traffic

A part of the Colombo-Kandy Road (Road No A001) from Pasyala to Ambepussa will be closed for heavy vehicles and containers from March 5 to July 30 due to constructions, the Road Development Authority stated.

During this five month period all heavy vehicles and containers are advised to use the Pasyala-Mirigama Road to Giriulla and then to Maharagama junction and travel to Kurunegala through Narammala and other towns from Alawwa to Ambepussa.
