Crysbro chicken in hygienic Cryovac packaging

Crysbro, Sri Lanka’s leading poultry processor, now provides its frozen chicken in new Cryovac packaging.

The chickens are packed according to size and weight, guaranteeing their freshness and hygienic content as well as affordablity. This packaging system, which was introduced for the first time in South Asia, makes the selection of poultry easy and convenient as the customer knows the price of each chicken by weight and size without having to waste time having it weighed and bagged, the company said.

Mohamed Imtiaz, Chairman of Crysbro Group of Companies, said that the new packaging was a ‘burning desire’ of the poultry industry.
