‘Beijing Delights’ with Bamboo Shoots at the Long Feng
Step into Long Feng at Trans Asia Hotel and go back in time to China as Trans Asia celebrates the Chinese New Year from the January 27 to February 5.
The Chinese New Year is a tribute to the ancestors for laying the foundation of the present day's fortune and glory.

Long Feng remembers the simple Chinese farmer, who consumed his mid-day meal under a shady grove of bamboo. With Long Feng's view of the quaint little Chinese garden with the lake beyond and the delectable selection of fried rice and noodles out of bamboo sits.

Rice and noodles, though a staple, is quite plain and none other has perfected the art of turning something so plain as rice and noodles into a so ravishing.
‘To the Chinese, food is more an art than a guard against hunger and as such intimacy with nimble flavors, sharp imagination and the expertise to create the perfect balance of taste is demanded by Chinese gastronomy and especially to in their fried rice and noodle dishes’ said a spokewoman from the Hotel.

The Chefs at Long Feng have recreated fried rice and noodle dishes from Beijing that would delight even the fussiest. With unusual highlights such as crunchy peanuts, and fragrant coriander Long Feng has created something new.
