The ceremony was loaded with fun and laughter. Tony Whitham conducting the ceremony was as usual stylish and classy and he richly deserved the resounding clapping he received for his outstanding skills and dedication to high standards of performance. "Martin Ebert speechified well" a wag was heard to say. He rushed through memory lane to relate to us hilarious incidents through and fun filled life style of Mark Bostock. He excelled in speechcraft and was amply appreciated with incessant applause.

The Victoria Golf Club had a galaxy of pleasure seeking visitors grouped as NABOBS Golfing Society led by Ian Lander, his charming wife and gorgeous daughter. 20 of them mostly from the land of Scotch & Golf, they messed around and generally had a king size ball mixing freely with all around them. They will take back happy memories and there is positive promise they will be back with us soon.
