2) Must have 150 - 300 Perches
3) Must be max 2,000m to beach
4) Must have paved road
5) Must have electiricity
6) Must have clear title
7) Must have aeras map
8) Must have area map (1: 100.000)
9) Must state price will visit February - March and buy cash
