‘The Whole Nine Yards’s at MC
The mob comedy, ‘The Whole Nine Yards’ starring Bruce Willis of ‘Die Hard’ fame is now being screened at Majestic cinema Colombo. A Warner Brothers release the film is a comedy starring Bruce Willis, Amanda Peet, Matthew Perry, Natasha Henstridge and Michael Clarke Duncan.

In the story line Nicholas “Oz” Oseransky is a dentist living in suburban Montreal. His new next door neighbour, Jimmy is a hit man hiding from a dangerous Chicago crime family. Despite their differences, Oz and Jimmy have one thing in common: someone’s trying to kill them both. To stay alive, they’re going to have to stick together- Jimmy with his cunning and cold-blooded accuracy and Oz with his dental tools.

Directed by Jonathan Lynn and produced by Elie Samaha and Andrew Stevens the film received these reviews from NZone –‘just what we need: another film about the mob, CNN- ‘the film lies somewhere between the often hilarious ‘ ‘Mickey Blue Eyes’ and JoBlo’s movie Emporiam-‘Light, easy, fluffy black comedy offering a wide cast of diverse characters and an interesting premise.
