South African Food Fiesta at Taj
A 'South African Food Festival' will be held at the Taj Samudra Hotel from March 29 to April 7.

The festival is organised by the hotel in association with the South African High Commission in New Delhi.

A chef specially flown down from South Africa will prepare exclusive South African food with the traditional African touch.

Chef Terry Jenkins with his vast experience in cooking South African food will be appreciated by many no doubt as South African food is influenced by many cultures and countries like Britain, India, Holland and France.

Some of their famous dishes are Grilled Banana flowers served with ginger vinaigrette, soups made from roasted butternut and served with chillie butter, Racks of venison served with green figs in a ginger syrup, Milk tart in a crisp pastry flavoured with cinnamon and served with green figs in green syrup. It is excitingly fresh, robust, vibrant bursting with flavour and body.


B'fast, fitness and Karaoke at Deli Market
The Deli Market, the upbeat and trendy restaurant, now offers a variety and quality food as new additions to their already extensive menu.

Also special activities for all to enjoy as a family throughout the outing.

The special Hopper promotion now on at the Deli Market and can be enjoyed daily from 6. 00 pm to 10.00 pm.

The deal offers a choice of two plain hoppers, one egg hopper, katta sambol, fish or chicken curry for only Rs 120/-

The new 'Breakfast Plus' offers super B'fast deals and a selection of healthy items at The Deli Market along with the chance to win a Magic Bike and a Massager with the Compliments of Himalayas.

The new additions to the Breakfast are Sri Lankan dishes , which range from Rs. 110/- to Rs 200/- (Continental B'fast to Special Health B'fast).

The gym and fitness equipment on display at the restaurant for all the guest to try out. Also there'll be a fitness instructor for the first week between 12.00-2.00 pm to explain the features of the equipment on display. The fitness competition is also available for the breakfast visitors.

Every Wednesday is a Karaoke Night from 5.30 pm onwards sponsored by 3C's.
