First lottery ticket of ‘Jathika Sampatha’ sold to President


The first ticket of the lottery ‘Jathika Sampatha’ which is to be issued with the objective of further improving of the benefits given through ‘Srama Vasana Fund’ affiliated to the Ministry of Labour and Trade Union Relations, was sold to President Maithripala Sirisena today at the President’s Official Residence, President Media Unit said.

Navy arrests seven local fishermen for illegal fishing
