U-19 CWC: England beat Bangladesh in 5th place semi-final

England handed Bangladesh a 4-wicket victory in the 5th place play-off semi-final of the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup at Endeavour Park in Townsville, Brisbane today (21).

England chose to field first and restricted Bangladesh to 217-7 despite a fine knock from opener Litton Das who hit 102 runs off 134 balls.

Opening bowler Reece Topley claimed 5 for 32 for England.

England reached the winning target after losing six wickets with 10 deliveries remaining.
