Kohli hit 11 boundaries and a six after India was put in to bat first by Sri Lanka skipper Mahela Jayawardene.
Right-arm fast bowler Shaminda Eranga who was brought in for today’s game impressed by capturing the wickets of opener Gautam Gambhir and Kohli after conceding 30 runs in his four overs.
