The third reading of the 20th Amendment was passed in Parliament a short while ago with 156 votes in favour and 65 against.
The second reading of the 20th amendment to the Constitution has been passed with a majority of 61 votes in the Parliament where 156 votes casted in favour of the bill while 65 votes against.
