Cease-Fire-Agreement
All of these were signed between the Sinhala governments and Tamils. Two of them were signed before there was LTTE.
All of these agreements were sabotaged unilaterally by the Sinhala government eh!

PS: Government of Sri Lanka doesn't need the LTTE or support from the Tamil MPs to implenent the 13th amendment of the constitution. It has been due for over two decades NOW!
Hope now you realize why there is lack of TRUST among the Tamils and why there is an arm rebellion in Sri Lanka.
